Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Miller previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Accounting Principal Officer at Catalyst Biosciences (NASDAQ:CBIO, now Gyre Therapeutics, NASDAQ:GYRE). Prior to Catalyst, Mrs. Miller held various roles including Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Rezolute Inc (NASDAQ:RZLT) where she oversaw the Company’s financial operations and uplisting on the NASDAQ .  During her career, she has advanced several drugs into clinical development, executed multiple licensing deals, and raised capital through private and public financings.  Mrs. Miller started her career as a financial auditor where she earned her certified accounting license with Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Mrs. Miller currently serves on the Board of Women in Bio (WIB), is an active member of Black Women on Boards (BWOB) and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mrs. Miller received her B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern California.
